Liz is a featured author of The Corpus Christi Book Festival, Corpus Christi, Texas.
Sunday, April 6th
Liz reads a new villanelle at The Blanton Museum, Austin, Texas. This is part of a celebration of poetry written in response to art work hanging as part of the museum's permanent collection.
Monday, April 7th
Liz brings her storytelling skills to Lee Elementary, Austin, Texas.
Tuesday, April 8th
Liz reads to the little ones at Good Shepard Episcopal Preschool, Austin, Texas.
Tuesday, April 22nd and Thursday, April 24th
Liz will facilitate writing workshops for the 5th graders at Austin Discovery School, Austin, Texas.

Liz joins other Austin children's writers and illustrators for a spring book signing party from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. Barnes and Noble, 2901 Capital Of Texas Highway South, Suite P860, Austin, Texas. Proceeds benefit the Austin chapter of The Society of Children's Book Writers and Illustrators.

Educational First Steps, a non-profit organization dedicated to improving educational opportunities for "at-risk" children, hosts a Mother's Day Tea. Liz is the featured children's author and will share A Sock is a Pocket with the early childhood audience. The City Club, Dallas, Texas.
